And with the Holidays, we didn’t want to discriminate, so we used every new tool possible!
The latest Chat GPT for script ideas, Google Imagen to create the look of OG Santa-Nator and then Veo 2 to animate for lipsync later. Then, we screen-captured and used it as a character ref in Midjourney to create variations before bringing it into Sora (img to vid) to create some dynamic sequences, including the badass sleigh scenes.
Runway Gen 3 Act One came in clutch for the lipsync and Udio for the fantastic soundtrack.
Remember, it’s not just about which tool you use but how you use them.
