Eric Schuurman is a Chicago-based musician and animator. He animates using combinations of AI, 3D, Mandelbulber2, Processing and Resolume VJ software. AI provides serendipitous, surreal, unpredictable imagery. 3D gives control over staging AI scenes, as well as accurate, real world modeling. Mandelbulber2 lets Eric explore 3D fractals. Processing is a visuals programming language. Resolume allows for processing and creating video and stills using kaleidoscopic, high-energy, intense VJ FX, and to display them in immersive environments using projectors and LED panels.
