"StableMate AE" refers to the After Effects extension software provided by Stormy Studio Ltd.
"StableMate" refers to the cloud-based image and video generation platform offered on the Website.
"Stormy Studio" refers to Stormy Studio Ltd., the company registered in the UK that owns and operates the Website, StableMate AE, and StableMate.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, StableMate AE, or StableMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases on the Website can be made through our secure payment processor, Paddle. Paddle's Terms of Use apply to these transactions. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided. Stormy Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Licenses and Restrictions
The use of StableMate AE is subject to the terms of the license agreement provided with the software. This license grants you the right to install and use StableMate AE on the number of workstations covered by your purchased license.
For StableMate, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own content creation purposes. Reselling or redistributing generated content is prohibited.
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Stormy Studio products. Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works is also prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
5. Intellectual Property
The Website, StableMate AE, StableMate, and all related content are the property of Stormy Studio Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Termination
Stormy Studio may terminate or suspend your access to the Website, StableMate AE, or StableMate at any time for any reason, including a breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the affected services.
7. Disclaimers
The Website, StableMate AE, and StableMate are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Stormy Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the services will be error-free.

Stormy Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
