Affiliate Programme Terms
These programme terms explain the current offer for approved affiliates and the customers they refer.

Joining the programme
The programme is operated by AI Animation Ltd and starts with invited affiliates. You must be approved before promoting your referral link. You promote independently, not as our employee, partner or agent. Joining does not authorise you to represent or make commitments on behalf of AI Animation.
Qualifying referrals
A qualifying customer must be a brand-new user who registers through your affiliate link. The 60-day registration window starts when the qualifying referral is first recorded after the visitor allows affiliate tracking. If the visitor follows more than one affiliate’s link before registering, the most recent valid tracked referral that we verify at registration receives credit. Existing accounts, including existing free accounts, do not qualify. Once accepted, the account’s affiliate attribution is retained for a later paid upgrade and is not reassigned by a later link.
Tracking permission and referral links
Visitors can decline affiliate tracking and still register and use AI Animation. If they decline, block tracking, or remove the referral information before we can verify their registration, we cannot attribute that signup or pay commission for it. The programme currently uses referral links, not referral codes entered at signup; there is no manual or code-based fallback for an untracked registration.
One paid workspace per customer
Only the referred customer’s first paid workspace qualifies. Further workspaces on that account do not earn commission. Refunding or cancelling the first subscription does not make another workspace eligible.
Your customer’s introductory offer
Eligible customers receive 20% off the base Paid Workspace subscription: $55.20 per month for the first 12 monthly payments, or $566.40 for the first annual payment, before applicable tax. It then renews at the standard base price shown at checkout, currently $69 per month or $708 per year. Additional Creator seats and credit packs are full price. The affiliate offer cannot be combined with other promotions, including the annual launch offer.
Your commission
You earn 20% of the qualifying base subscription revenue actually received after discounts and before tax. The commission window starts with the customer’s first paid subscription payment and lasts 12 months, covering up to 12 eligible monthly payments or the first annual payment. Additional Creator seats, credit packs and other purchases do not earn commission. At current introductory prices, this is $11.04 per qualifying monthly payment or $113.28 for the qualifying annual payment.
Billing-period and seat changes
Customers on an affiliate subscription must contact billing support before changing between monthly and annual billing. There is no automatic entitlement to a second introductory offer or a new commission window. Any supported change must have its price, effective date, proration and commission treatment confirmed in writing before it is made. Adding or removing Creator seats does not increase the qualifying base subscription revenue, and charges or prorations for additional Creator seats do not earn commission.
Refunds and cancellations
Commissions are reduced or reversed for refunded or charged-back qualifying base payments. Refunds of additional Creator seats or credit packs do not reduce base-subscription commission. Cancellation alone does not reverse commission on a valid payment, but no commission is earned on payments that are not received. A reversal may reduce an unpaid balance or be offset against later earnings.
Payouts
Commissions are tracked in FirstPromoter and paid by AI Animation Ltd. Payouts are reviewed monthly on Net-60 terms: commissions become eligible 60 days after the end of the month in which they were earned, rather than 60 days after each sale. This can mean a wait of approximately 60–90 days from a sale. The minimum payout is US$25; smaller eligible balances carry forward. Payout requires approved commissions and valid payment details for an agreed payout method.
Currency, invoices and tax
Commission balances and the payout threshold are recorded in US dollars. Any payment in another currency, the conversion basis and the allocation of transfer or foreign-exchange fees must be agreed before we approve your payout arrangement. You are responsible for your own tax reporting and for providing accurate payment, invoice and tax-registration details. If VAT is properly chargeable on your affiliate services, provide a valid VAT invoice so it can be handled in addition to the commission amount. A FirstPromoter statement is not automatically a VAT invoice, and we do not assume a self-billing arrangement without a separate valid agreement.
Missing or disputed commissions
Please report a missing or disputed commission to hello@aianimation.com within 90 days of the relevant customer payment, including the payment date and available referral details. If a tracking error or information unavailable to you prevented timely reporting, report it as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue and we will review it. This is an administrative reporting period, not an automatic forfeiture of valid commission or a restriction of your statutory rights or applicable legal claim periods.
Responsible promotion
Clearly identify affiliate promotions as advertising and tell your audience that you can earn commission. Use a prominent disclosure such as ‘Ad’ where appropriate. Do not make misleading claims, send spam, impersonate AI Animation, create self-referrals or fake accounts, force clicks, or set referral cookies without permission. We may review disputed or suspicious referrals and withhold commissions that do not meet these rules.
Advertising channels and brand materials
Obtain our written approval before bidding on AI Animation brand terms or close variations in paid search, using our name in paid-ad account names or domains, or listing the offer on coupon or voucher sites. You may use brand materials we supply or approve solely to promote the programme while you are an approved affiliate, subject to any accompanying restrictions. Do not alter our logos or suggest that your website or account is operated by us. Use AI-generated examples only when you have the rights and permissions needed to share them.
Claims about AI-generated content
Describe AI Animation and its current service and provider terms accurately. Do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are protected by copyright, exclusively owned, free of third-party rights or unrestricted for every commercial use. Do not promise legal clearance or commercial-use rights beyond those set out in our current terms and the applicable provider policies.
Privacy and customer information
Comply with the data-protection and electronic-marketing rules that apply to your promotional activity. Do not collect or send us customer passwords, payment-card details, private project content or personal data you do not have permission to share. Do not create accounts on another person’s behalf to bypass the referral or tracking requirements. Handle any referral or payout information you receive securely and use it only to administer your participation.
Leaving, suspension and termination
You can leave the programme by contacting hello@aianimation.com. We will give at least 14 days’ written notice of ordinary termination or closure of the programme. We may suspend participation immediately while investigating suspected fraud, misleading promotion, security incidents or legal concerns, and may terminate immediately where a serious breach is established or legal requirements demand it. When participation ends, stop using our supplied promotional materials and presenting yourself as an approved affiliate; new referrals after that date do not qualify. Valid referrals accepted before participation ends continue earning on eligible payments through their original 12-month commission window, including if the customer upgrades to their first paid workspace later. Leaving, termination or programme closure does not reset or extend that window or forfeit valid commissions already earned. All continuing and unpaid commissions remain subject to the eligibility, refund, chargeback and payout rules. Any withheld amount must relate to commissions that are disputed or do not meet the programme rules; invalid or fraudulent referrals do not earn commission.
Governing law
These programme rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any rights or protections that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
Programme changes and questions
We may pause new affiliate approvals or change the offer for future referrals. We will give approved affiliates at least 14 days’ written notice before ordinary changes take effect. Immediate suspension or changes may be necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal requirements, and we will explain them as soon as reasonably possible. Changes do not retrospectively replace an already accepted introductory subscription offer or valid commission entitlement, including the continuing entitlements described above.
