AIAnimation.com is a multi-model AI video production workspace. This page explains the controls and policies around team access, production records, rights evidence, infrastructure and model-provider data handling—without implying certifications or protections that are not stated here.

Workspace governance
AI Animation connects models to projects, people and production context. The controls below are supported by the platform and its documented policies; availability can depend on workspace configuration and plan.
Workspace access
Organisation workspaces support distinct member roles. Where project-access enforcement is configured, members can be limited to all projects or selected projects, with Viewer, Editor or Admin access at project level.
Scope: Workspace owners and authorised administrators can manage access and apply model or feature policies under the organisation’s agreement.
Production records
Generation records can preserve prompts, model identifiers, dates, generation IDs, settings snapshots and reference lineage. Studio and Enterprise workspaces can create Shotlist PDF exports with selected record fields.
Scope: These records support review and production handoff; they are not represented here as an immutable compliance audit log.
Rights evidence
Where the governance workflow is enabled, teams can connect production components, assets and references to rights records for original work, real-person likeness or licensed IP, and attach supporting releases, approvals or licence evidence.
Scope: Uploading evidence does not automatically approve it. Real-person proof may still require administrator review or provider verification.
Customer content & model training
AI Animation does not use User Content to train general-purpose AI models that it owns or operates, or to build public training datasets. That statement is not a blanket promise about every third-party model route.
Check model-route policiesProvider processing, retention and customer-content training terms vary by model, routing path, plan, workspace policy and contract. A route has a public no-training representation only where the provider-policy table records one; “Not confirmed” does not mean “No.”
An Enterprise Order can identify designated image and video routes supplied under provider agreements that prohibit the provider from training on covered User Content. The Order defines the routes, content, retention terms and other protections it covers. Optional routes outside that scope keep their general provider-specific position.
If you expressly choose a feature whose purpose is to create or train a private or tailored model, the content you select is used to provide that requested feature and meet related security, support and legal obligations.
Infrastructure & safeguards
Amazon Web Services supports the platform’s cloud hosting, authentication, APIs, databases, storage, content delivery, email delivery, security and operational logging.
Account authentication uses Amazon Cognito. The primary GraphQL API uses user-pool authentication by default, and private-media delivery uses signed CloudFront access with HTTPS redirection.
Governance proof-document storage is configured to block public access, require SSL, use S3-managed server-side encryption and retain object versions.
The Privacy Policy describes access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, private-media delivery controls, logging, monitoring and provider due diligence as measures applied according to risk.
Security is a shared responsibility.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep account credentials protected and contact AI Animation promptly if you believe an account or data has been compromised.
Storage, retention & deletion
Account and workspace data is generally retained while active and for a limited period afterwards where needed. Prompts, uploads, projects and outputs are generally kept to provide the features you use, until you delete them, request account deletion or a shorter feature-specific period expires.
Deleting content removes it from normal account views and starts the active-system deletion process. Historical storage versions, protected backups, security or deletion telemetry, and provider copies may not disappear immediately. Retained copies can remain isolated where required for recovery, security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.
Provider copies and request records follow the applicable provider agreement, service configuration and legal requirements. An Enterprise Order can define retention terms for the services and routes it covers.
Access, portability or deletion request
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of eligible personal data. Email hello@aianimation.com. Identity verification may be required to protect the account.
Policies & provider transparency
These documents are the controlling public detail for privacy, service terms and the principal providers that may process data. Not every listed provider receives data for every request.
