AI Provider & Partner Policies

The principal service providers, AI routing providers, and model operators that may process data when you use AI Animation.

This page forms part of our Privacy Policy. Not every provider receives data for every user or request. The provider and routing path depend on the feature, model, plan, workspace policy, and configuration you choose.

Model name versus provider: the name shown in the product may identify a model family, while the request is delivered through a separate routing or cloud provider. In those cases, both the routing provider and a downstream model operator may process the request.

No-training protection follows the route: eligible OpenAI API, BytePlus and Google Vertex routes may be available within your workspace's model selection. Their provider training position follows the route, rather than the customer's plan. Free and Paid workspaces support shared access and administration; an Enterprise Order may add protections expressly defined for the Services it covers.

Principal service providers

These providers support the operation of the platform. Their public privacy policies may describe their direct-to-consumer services as well as their business services. Data processed for AI Animation is also subject to the applicable service terms and any relevant data protection arrangements.

Model access by plan

Free production workspaces have a limited starter model selection. Paid workspaces unlock the supported image and video model catalogue, including eligible Google Vertex Nano and Veo routes, subject to credits, model availability and workspace settings. Both Free and Paid workspaces support collaboration. Enterprise model access and additional protections follow the applicable Order. Existing subscriptions and evaluation agreements retain the model access defined by their accepted offer or agreement.

“Enterprise” in a Nano or Veo model name identifies its Google Vertex provider route; it does not mean that an Enterprise agreement is required. Advanced Creation Rights for SeeDance 2.0 and 2.5 is an optional paid-workspace capability with separate approval and additional pricing, alongside limited allowlisted test exceptions. A standard subscription does not enable it automatically. Those two video models are in restricted rollout and are not in the generally available model table below. Rights review does not remove provider content checks or replace the rights needed to use submitted material.

Model-specific customer-content position

The table below reports the current documented position for customer content submitted through each currently offered image or video model route. “No” describes a provider no-training commitment for that route; it does not mean zero retention or zero human review. “May be used” means the applicable provider policy permits submitted content or data to be used to improve or train its services or models. “Not confirmed” means we do not currently make a no-training representation for that route.

This field concerns customer content submitted during use. It is separate from the provenance of the data originally used to train the underlying model. Model availability and routing can vary by plan and workspace.

3D routes via fal: 3D model generation and 3D canvas restyling may send source images, canvas renders, and depth snapshots to fal and the selected model operator. We do not currently make a no-training representation for these routes. Review the applicable fal terms and the selected model operator's terms before using these routes with sensitive material.

Commercial use and input rights

The no-training position above describes provider use of submitted content; it does not decide who owns an output or whether a particular input or output may be used commercially. Our Terms on AI features and outputs explain our position on output rights. You remain responsible for having the rights needed for your inputs and for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them commercially. The selected provider's applicable terms may also affect a specific feature.

Training, retention, and plan protections

AI Animation does not use User Content to train general-purpose models that we own or operate or to create public datasets.
Provider handling follows the selected route. A route is covered by a no-training representation where the table records “No”, for eligible users on Free, Paid and existing agreed plans alike.
An Enterprise Order may add expressly agreed model access, security, retention, or other contractual protections for the Services and routes it covers. Routes outside that scope retain the provider position on this page.
Provider copies and request records are retained under the applicable provider agreement, service configuration, and legal requirements. Deletion from AI Animation does not always remove a provider copy immediately.

Updates and questions

We review this page as providers, model routes, and contractual protections change. A model may be added, removed, or rerouted before the next review date. If a provider position is important to your use case, contact us before submitting sensitive or confidential material.
