Questions, answered

What are generation credits?

Credits are how generation is metered across image, video and 3D models. Different models and resolutions use different amounts, and draft modes on Individual are unlimited — so you can iterate freely and spend credits on finals. You can top up with credit packs at any time.

What does unlimited generation mean?

Draft generation modes are unlimited on selected image and video models, under a fair usage policy that keeps things fast for everyone. Drafts are built for iteration — exploring ideas, blocking out storyboards and testing motion. Your monthly credits then cover premium models and high-resolution finals.

Can I collaborate with others on Solo Creatives?

Solo Creatives is designed for one creator account. If your team needs shared projects, co-creators, pooled credits, roles or central administration, that's what Studio workspaces are for.

Can I use what I make commercially?

Yes. Commercial usage rights are included on both plans. Studio adds the governance layer — rights evidence, likeness approvals and production records — for work involving clients, brands or real people.

What does "no customer-content training" mean?

Studio workspaces route generation through enterprise model agreements designed so your prompts, assets and outputs are not used to train the underlying models. This is usually the first question legal and compliance teams ask — and the reason many studios choose Studio.

How does Studio pricing work?

Studio plans are scoped to what your team actually needs: seats, usage volume, model access, concurrency and onboarding. Reserved model capacity means your team isn't queuing behind public traffic. Most teams start with a short pilot so you can validate the workflow before committing.

Can I request access as an individual?

Yes. Individual access remains available by invitation for independent professional work. Tell us what you are producing when you request access and we will review the most appropriate route. Individual workspaces remain separate from any company workspace you may also belong to.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes. Individual is month-to-month and you can cancel any time from your account. If you outgrow Individual, we can migrate your projects into a Studio workspace.
